You are solely responsible for your content. By uploading, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
WanderMark is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. All user-generated content, including photos, diary entries, and tips, must comply with our guidelines.
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior using the report feature. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours. False reports may result in account restrictions.
Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity and frequency.
WanderMark Pro is a premium subscription that unlocks additional features including premium landmarks, custom visits, and extended photo limits.
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time. Leaderboard rankings are based on leaderboard points (visits with photos) to ensure fair competition.
The WanderMark App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WanderMark and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The WanderMark name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of WanderMark. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using WanderMark, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
Landmark information is provided for entertainment purposes. Always verify travel information through official sources before visiting any location.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanderMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WanderMark operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
